A: Once you are connected to our VPN server, all programs use a virtual network interface, which protects all programs that access internet on your computer.
Q: Do you offer trial accounts?
A: Absolutely, we have a two day trial account for you to test out the system.
Q: What can I do if I need even more security and flexibility and better level of encryption.
A: In such cases we offer a special package of OpenVPN account which works with any internet connection, compresses traffic and security is satisfactory even for paranoics. Monthly cost is $20, please contact us for any information.
Q: Some sites do not open for me when I am using VPN, while they open normally when not using VPN. Please help.
A: These questions require individual solution. Please explain the problem in details and appent the result of running 2 programs when using VPN:

- Start -> Run -> cmd -> ipconfig/all

Q: Internet connection with VPN is slower than without VPN enabled.
A: This can happen when your ISP international connection is slow to our servers, you can test this by sending a ping to our server and seeing the time it takes.
Q: What can I do if my provider blocked my VPN?
A: We have VPN servers in multiple countries and we should be able to get you access to one of our many vpn servers.
